- They say the secret to real estate is location, location, location. I’d like to add three more words details, deadlines and details. Buying or selling residential real estate has become increasing complex and at times even treacherous.
Too many agents have something to sell, usually themselves. I am happy to say that the secret to my success has been the success of my clients. I am different; first, I listen. I have many happy homeowners who will attest to my listening skills, but listening is, of course, only the first step – after that it takes determination and ‘smarts’ to help people find the perfect home. And then the hard work starts mastering the details, the details, the deadlines and the skills to keep a deal on track and manage it to closing.
If I’ve learned one thing in my many years of real estate it’s this stuff is hard work, best left to a professional. I genuinely enjoy helping my clients through the process with passion and enthusiasm, and ultimately finding the perfect home for them.
So whether you’re buying your first home, moving up, downsizing or relocating they don’t call me “help me Rhonda” for nothing! Call me first, I’ll listen.
