MRSs opportunities for mortgage lenders

Under MSRs (mortgage servicing rights) we usually mean right of a loan servicer to handle the operational aspects of a mortgage loan (collecting payments from the borrower(s), remitting those payments to theinvestor(s) that own the mortgage note(s), and other functions such as ensuringtimely payment of property taxes).
